Dr. LaTonya Jackson


LaTonya is co-founder of Eyedentified Consulting Services. She is an author, speaker, trainer, and certified John Maxwell Team Member coach. Her first book was a children’s book entitled “I Am Called” that she co-authored with her daughter Sydni Jackson. In 2019, LaTonya released a book entitled No Dead-Beat Jobs: 7 Reasons Why It’s Time to Start Thinking About a Career Change. This year she co-authored a book entitled 5 Blinders to Seeing Color and will be releasing her latest book entitled The Layoff Lab: 7 Strategies to Navigate a Layoff and Career Transition this October.

 

LaTonya helps mid-career level women become leaders by building relationships that yield desired outcomes. She is an adaptable, passionate, and goal-oriented human resources professional highly skilled in collaborative partnerships, individual and group coaching, and people development. Her most important role is that of wife and mother of 3 (ages 11, 5 and 2). LaTonya holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education Leadership and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Workforce Development from the University of Arkansas. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from the University of Nebraska.
