Heidi Gilman

Heidi Gilman completed her education in Graphic Arts at the St. Cloud Technical College in MN in 1981. She and her husband moved to Phoenix, AZ where she worked for Phoenix Transit. When they decided to have a family they moved back to Minnesota. In 1996 Heidi started to have some serious health issues. Over the course of 12 months it progressed to a serious auto immune illness. Heidi had over 50 doctor appointments, emergency room visits, hospital stays, and a trip to Mayo Clinic. No one was able to help her, only prescribe more drugs that didnt work. A friend referred her to Dr. Thomas Miller D.C. who started her on the path to healing. She then started her journey in alternative healing.


Heidi attended the Minnesota Center for Shiatsu Study and graduated in 1999. She is a Certified Diplomate in Shiatsu Oriental Bodywork Therapy. She also became a Certified Hypnotherapist in 5-Path and in 7-Path Self Hypnosis in 2004. Heidi has also completed the 4 levels in Reiki, and 4 levels in Qi Gong. She has taken courses in many healing techniques including Healing Touch, Lymphatic Drainage, Acupuncture, Crainiosacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, BioSet allergy elimination and Emotional Freedom Technique. All of these techniques helped on her healing path.


Heidi was introduced to Quantum Techniques in January of 2010. She has been working with Dr. Stephen Daniel who has brought a new level of healing that all of these other techniques where not able to do. Heidi works with Dr. Thomas Miller as a Chiropractic assistant. She also works with clients providing bodywork with a combination of her modalities, hypnotherapy and EFT.


Heidi is excited to bring Quantum Techniques to her clients to introduce them to a new level of healing on their own healing journeys. Heidi lives in Otsego, MN with her husband Bob and dogs Aaron and Savannah. They have 3 grown children.
