John McGuire

Prior to joining CCL®, John’s two decades of business and organizational experience crossed a broad array of sectors, industries,, and senior management positions. This extensive exposure led to the core belief that most organizations require transformational leadership today in order to face the rising complexity unfolding in all our tomorrows. At CCL, he specializes in organizational leadership and building future-ready capability and capacity across the leadership culture to drive business results. John holds to the maxim: Best in class business strategies require best in class leadership strategies.

John has leveraged his background and has advanced the singular belief that addressing the leadership culture is the common, missing link in facing change and complexity. Where others assumed culture not to be a feasible lever for development, John founded CCL’s transformation practice centered on change leadership that transforms both leadership beliefs and practices simultaneously. His focus on applied research and practical experience in partnering with client organizations has led to advancing feasible development methods that increase the probability of success in change management. This practice brings not just solid theory but proven practical solutions that have helped organizations in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, services, and government and non-profit sectors to transform themselves toward more collaborative, interdependent leadership cultures.
