Kathy McShane

Kathleen M. McShane is the Managing Director of Ladies Who Launch, Connecticut. In this role, she has worked with over 350 women to help them to launch or expand their business. She conducts workshops, networking events and one-on-one advising women.


Ladies Who Launch has the largest worldwide online and in-person community of female entrepreneurs. It was founded in 2003 and has established a vibrant, growing and trusted community that supports women entrepreneurs with both in person and online tools as they pursue their entrepreneurial endeavours.
