Lucyann Licausi-Baniel

Lucyann Licausi Baniel is on a soul mission to guide women to become authentic, resourceful, and liberated. She serves women recovering from trauma and addiction who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, self-care, self-love, and self-acceptance. The women she serves are younger versions of herself. When Lucyann awakened and decided she was ready to heal and live consciously, she knew she had to share what she had discovered with the world. This led her to create EmpowerHER: A Journey to Self-Love, Healing, and Transformation.
Lucyann's path to healing began with overcoming significant personal challenges, including trauma, distractions, and substance use. Through her journey, she discovered the transformational power of somatics, trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, and breathwork. Through her practice and EmpowerHER, she shares the tools, education, and insights that helped her reclaim her life and set a firm foundation for her clients to build upon.
With invaluable experience as a Registered Nurse in the ICU, Oncology, and Plastic Surgery fields, Lucyann has developed a holistic approach to healing that combines nurse coaching, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices. Her diverse medical background provides a unique and comprehensive perspective on the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and mental well-being, instilling confidence in her clients.
The EmpowerHER program is designed to deliver emotional freedom, fulfillment, and clarity. Through deep listening and inquiry, somatic modalities, and gentle guidance, Lucyann helps clients break free from old patterns and behaviors, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging narratives. The program focuses on rebirth by acknowledging the deeper layers that play a role in self-doubt, triggers, fears, and negative self-talk. It empowers women to embrace their worth, use their voices, affirm their truth, and live more purposeful, balanced, and joyful lives. It helps women shine a light on their resilience and find the courage to take control and steer their lives toward a future that aligns with their deepest desires and goals.
In a world where many women put everyone but themselves first, Lucyann seeks to shift the narrative on self-care. She believes that when women prioritize their well-being, they become more resilient, balanced, and capable of impacting their lives, families, and communities. By helping women learn how to fill up their cups as they recover from trauma,  Lucyann aims to create a powerful ripple effect of healing and empowerment.
