Sarah M. Collins is a prolific writer, award-winning author and wellness expert. She has been active in the alternative healthcare movement since 1995 specializing in Natural Force Healing. She enjoys writing about alternative health & wellness and issues dealing with spirituality, often combining the two topics as there is a dynamic link between these two fields.

Her lifelong studies in metaphysics and personal development have culminated in her first published book The Little Guide to Big Changes: 6 Steps to Creating Lasting, Positive Change in Your Life. The book is the award winner in the self-help category of the 2010 International Book Awards.
